What does it cost to do an estate sale?

ABES works on commission which is discussed at the initial preview appointment along with any additional fees. These fees could include additional advertising, jewelry appraisals, dumsters etc.

How are your precious items priced?

ABES utilizes all resources available to price and sell your personal property to ensure fair market value. These resources include but are not limited to: Book Value, E-Bay Pricing, Local Antique Store Pricing etc

What items can ABES sell?

ABES can sell any items that are legal and safe. All items are inspected prior to sale and must be clean.

What happens to the items that are left after the sale?

During the preview appointment, we discuss the disposition of any unsold items. Options include removal or donation, based on owner requirements and ABES expertise.

How long does it take to prepare for a sale?

Because the maximum sale traffic occurs on weekends, we schedule our sales on the weekends. Due to advertising lead times, we PREFER a minimum of 2 weeks from contract signing to actual sale.
